REDI-MEDIC products are guaranteed for the life of the product to be free from any and all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. We will cover the damage to your product caused by a defect in the workmanship or quality of the materials. We have the right at our option, to repair or replace merchandise. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper handling or common carrier damage. The guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear. As with any bag product, component parts particularly moving parts, will show wear over time, and may eventually require replacement. If such wear and tear occurs we can provide you with options for repairing or refurbishing your product. Please direct any questions or product returns to our Customer Care Centre.
