MINOR PRICE INCREASE EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2008:
To cover
increased transportation and material costs, prices on many kits have been increased by approximately 5%.
ORDERING - CREDIT TERMS
- All first time orders require prepayment prior to shipping.
- All custom orders will require a 25% deposit before processing begins.

- Major credit cards are accepted.
- Overdue invoices cannot be charged to credit card.
SETUP CHARGES
- FIRST TIME ORDER - $50.00 (G) per color, per logo.
- REPEAT ORDERS - $25.00 (G) per color, per logo. (This charge applies providing no changes are made to the artwork.)
- On orders of 500 pieces and more no initial or repeat setup charge will apply for screen printed items.
IMPRINT PRICES
- Please refer to page 4 for Signature Series products on pages 11 to 54 inclusive (see our catalog).
- Please refer to page 57 for Silverline products on pages 58 to 67 inclusive (see our catalog).
- Less than minimum print charge will be $50.00 (G) per color.
SECOND LOCATION PRINTING
- Second location printing is available on Signature Series products only.
- The inscription  will appear on some kits, if this presents a problem please contact our customer care center. (Unless it is indicated on an order our generic artwork will appear on side 2).
EMBROIDERY INFORMATION
- Please refer to page 5 of our catalog or the decorating page
- Available on Signature Series and fleece products.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
- Digital Artwork – PC compatible preferred. Artwork can be accepted by CD Rom or email (art@redimedic.com).
Please compress (ZIP) all files being emailed.
- Acceptable formats are: .CDR, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .DST.
(Note: TIF images must be Solid Black with Solid White background. works only on single color imprints)
- Camera ready, to size, sharp black and white line art, text & graphics that does not require touch up, and color separated.
- All fonts must be converted to outlines prior to submission.
- Artwork requiring revisions will incur an art charge at the rate of $60.00 (G) per hour. Normal typesetting is done at $12.00 (G).
- There will be an additional charge of $12.00 (G) for a new proof.
PMS COLORS AND DARK COLORED PRODUCTS
- PMS matches are available at $15.00 (G) per color, per order on most products.
- Dark colored products will alter the appearance of most imprint colors; PMS matches cannot be achieved on dark colored products without a white underlay, which will incure additional costs.
OVER RUN/UNDER RUN POLICY
- All orders are subject to a 5% over/under run and will be shipped and invoiced accordingly. For exact quantities, add $30.00 (G) p/order.
SAMPLES
- Random imprinted or generic samples (with the logo) will be offered at last column pricing.
- Blank or specific color request samples will be offered at first column pricing.
- There may be a charge for pre-production samples.
PRODUCTION TIME
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
- can usually produce rush orders without additional charge. If the order requires overtime or other expenses, a rush charge may be applied.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- All freight will be F.O.B. Portal, North Dakota.
- Drop shipping is available at no charge.
- Add $16.00 (G) per pallet for pallets and shrink wrapping.
- Split shipments - Add $12.00 (G) per location, plus applicable freight charges.
- Custom package and wrapping available. Please call for quotes.

- Price quotations are valid for 30 days due to the uncertainty of raw material costs.
